The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling litigation matters. Must feel comfortable conducting research, drafting, attending hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases (small complex caseload) including research and writing of motions, arguing hearings, taking & defending depos, mediations, and negotiations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Litigation experience
- Experience attending depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Must possess excellent research and writing skills
- Must be FL Barred
